Responsible Gaming is at the heart of City of Dreams Mediterranean and Cyprus Casinos policies. We believe that this allows everyone to keep it fun by remembering that gambling should be an entertaining way for adults to spend their well-earned leisure time.

This section is therefore aimed at all customers and offers useful information and tips to help everyone play responsibly and avoid problem gambling.

At the same time, it also offers practical help and advice for those who may have difficulty keeping control of their gambling. Information is provided on how to voluntarily set limits on your gambling, to have a time out or completely exclude yourself from gambling.

At City of Dreams Mediterranean, our teams are trained to offer information and assistance. You should never feel embarrassed to ask for help. We know that the vast majority of our customers do see gambling as fun. But, for a small minority of people, gambling can become a problem. City of Dreams Mediterranean aims to provide help and support to those who require it.

International RG Accreditation

The responsible gaming programmes and practices have been accredited by the Responsible Gambling Council and we have become the first European operator to receive the RG Check accreditation.

We are the first and only integrated resort operator in the world to be recognised by RG Check in all jurisdictions where we operate.

RG Check is the world’s most comprehensive and rigorous responsible gaming accreditation program. It is designed to meet or exceed all existing responsible gaming regulatory requirements.

Setting Limits

Setting limits is an easy and responsible way of keeping your gaming fun. Please talk to a member of our staff or visit the Melco Club Service Points for more information, where we will be pleased to assist you.

You can set voluntary limits on any of the following:

Money you can spend gaming in the casino
The maximum number of visits you can make to the casino in a calendar month

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that you need to take a break from gambling, then you should consider opting for a “Self-Exclusion” from all properties of Integrated Casino Resorts Cyprus.

Self-Exclusion scheme allows you, the customer, to request denial of entry to the casino and gaming floor for a specified period. The scheme allows you, the customer, to request a short-term or a long-term period exclusion from our casino premises.

• Short-term period: 1 day, week, or month

• Long-term period: 6 or 12 month)

For a short-term period, Self-Exclusion is in effect from the time of application and concludes after the expiry of the selected period (e.g., 1 day, week, or month) and at the beginning of the next “Gaming Day.” During the selected period, revocation of Self-Exclusion is not possible.

For a long-term period, Self-Exclusion is in effect from the time of application and concludes at the beginning of the next “Gaming Day” after a period of 6 or 12 months (depending on the selected duration), and until ICR accepts a valid “Return to Gaming Declaration” (RTGD) form. Revocation of Self-Exclusion is not possible within the 6 or 12-month period. Termination of the Self-Exclusion agreement is only valid upon acceptance of the RTGD by ICR. Signing of the RTGD may only proceed after the Self-Exclusion period has ended. Submission of the RTGD does not guarantee immediate reentry to any casino premises operated by ICR. The RTGD is subject to review by ICR, and re-entry is only valid after acceptance of the RTGD by ICR. ICR reserves the right to extend exclusion if there are indicators of gambling-related harm

If a registered person does not wish to come to the casino to proceed with a Self-Exclusion form they have the option to submit their request to the nominated email: CODResponsibleGaming@melco-resorts.com.cy.

* A “gaming day” is defined as a period of 24 consecutive hours beginning at 6:00 through 6:00 the following day.

To screen for potential gambling-related problems, please answer the following questions. They aid in identifying gambling problems:

Have you ever had to lie to people important to you about how much you gambled?
Have you ever felt the need to bet more and more money?

Losing sleep due to gambling
Unsuccessful attempts to control, reduce or stop gambling
Explaining the gambling outcome irrationally and losing control
