1. This ticket is only valid for the date and time of the show stated on the ticket.
2. One person per ticket regardless of age. Discounted or complimentary ticket holders are required to present proof of identity including but not limited to ID Card, passport, or other identification document (with photograph) for entry.
3. Tickets sold are nor refundable or exchangeable.
4. This Event is strictly for individuals aged 18 years or over. By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending the Event, you warrant and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the date of the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to request valid photographic identification at any time and to refuse entry to, or remove from the Event, any person who is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age or below the abovementioned age limit. No refunds shall be issued where entry is refused, or attendance is terminated due to failure to comply with this age restriction.
5. Tickets will not be replaced or exchanged for any reason. The Management cannot be held responsible for any tickets that are lost, destroyed, or stolen.
6. Management reserves the right to make the final decision on audience admission, seating arrangement and audience capacity; add, withdraw, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised program; make changes on show content, show time or cancel scheduled shows.
7. Ticket holder is solely responsible for arriving on time at the Venue and therefore no refund or exchange will be permitted due to late arrival or no-show. Please arrive at the theatre 15 minutes before the show starts.
8. Transportation arrangements to and from the venue are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder.
9. The Hotel and the event organizer accept no responsibility for any personal property.
10. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Hotel and/or event organizer shall only be responsible for ticket exchange or refund, whether purchased as part of a package or not. Complimentary tickets are not eligible for cash refunds. Any refund shall only be made to the person who purchased the original tickets. The Hotel or the event organizer reserves the right to request the delivery of the original ticket prior to the ticket exchange or refund.  It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the latest refund date and other instructions as defined by the event organizer.
11. Management will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation if external occurrences, described as “force majeure”, take place.
12. Management reserves the right to cancel or modify redemptions where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the redemptions contain or are resulted from a mistake or error.

13. Cancellation of Purchased Ticket(s):

The Hotel and/or the Event Organizer reserve the right to cancel or void any tickets if:

i. The number of tickets purchased exceeds the stated ticket limit.

ii. Tickets are purchased for commercial purposes, for profit or benefit or for unauthorized resale;

iii. Tickets are purchased in bulk via multiple purchases or through automated purchasing methods (by using software, bots, scripts, or other technology to buy tickets automatically)

iv. Attempts to bypass ticket limits or restrictions are suspected;

v. Tickets touting or scalping;

vi. Tickets are used for unauthorized commercial gain, benefit or advantage, advertising, marketing, promotions, competitions, giveaways, sponsorships or other third-party commercial activities. For the avoidance of any doubt, prohibited activities include, but not limited:

1. offering tickets as a gift, complimentary benefit, incentive, reward, bonus or added value in connection with the booking or purchase of accommodation, holiday packages, goods or services.
2. Advertising, marketing or promoting accommodation, holiday apartments, hotels, travel packages, goods or services by offering or including tickets as part of any promotional package, special offer, competition, giveaway or other commercial arrangement.
3. Using tickets, whether directly or indirectly, to attract customers, generate bookings, increase sales, encourage expenditure, secure business or otherwise obtain a commercial advantage or benefit.
4. Advertising or promoting such offers or arrangement through social media, websites, online booking platforms, email, messaging applications, printed materials or any other advertising or communication channel.
5. Bundling tickets with accommodation, goods or services, or making tickets conditional upon a customer making a booking, purchase, payment or other commitment, regardless of whether a separate price is attributed to the tickets.
6. Facilitating, arranging or permitting any third party to engage in any of the foregoing activities.

Such activities require prior written authorization from the Hotel and/or the Event Organizer before any tickets are purchased.

vii.  The use of tickets may harm the legitimate commercial interest, reputation or operation of the Hotel, the Event Organizer or the event.

viii.  Any of these Terms and Conditions are breached.

Any breach of the above provisions, or any reasonable suspicion of an attempt to circumvent these restrictions, may result in the cancellation or voiding of the relevant tickets. If tickets are cancelled or voided, the purchaser shall be entitled to a refund of the face value of the cancelled or voided tickets and shall not be entitled to any further compensation whatsoever. The Hotel and/or the Event Organizer may also refuse admission and take any other lawful action.

14. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Cyprus law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
