City of Dreams Mediterranean shines at Tourism Awards
Cyprus, June 2026 -- City of Dreams Mediterranean has been honoured with five notable distinctions at the Cyprus Tourism Awards for the second consecutive year, further strengthening its status as a leading destination for premium hospitality and a major contributor to the island’s hospitality industry.
During a dazzling awards ceremony staged by BOUSSIAS Cyprus on Thursday 4 June, City of Dreams Mediterranean earned accolades in several categories, reflecting excellence in luxury experiences, gastronomy, MICE, tourism innovation, and international presence.
The integrated resort earned the following awards:
- Gold Award for Global Outreach Initiatives – Sunshine Guarantee Campaign
- Gold Award for Best Luxury Hotel and Resort Experience
- Silver Award for Gastronomy Tourism Excellence
- Bronze Award for MICE Excellence Award
- Bronze Award for Excellence in Multichannel Digital Strategy
The award-winning Sunshine Guarantee Campaign was recognised for its innovative approach to extending the tourism season while enhancing the island’s tourism product, while the Best Luxury Hotel and Resort Experience award recognises City of Dreams Mediterranean’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The resort’s culinary offering also received acclaim through the Gastronomy Tourism Excellence award, recognising its diverse dining concepts.
In addition, City of Dreams Mediterranean was acknowledged for its continued success in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) sector, as well as for its impactful multichannel digital strategies that strengthen engagement with international audiences.
