We have updated our PIN creation process to further secure your membership transactions. Please ensure you take the following guidelines into consideration when selecting your new PIN.

Upon receiving your membership card, the PIN is created. You may also change your PIN at any point during membership lifetime, either through the Melco Club Application, Visitor Information Kiosk or by simply visiting the Melco Club counters with any of our staff members.
Here are five points we recommend avoiding while setting your password:

1.    Avoid a PIN starting with 0.
2.    Avoid a PIN with 4 consecutive numbers.
3.    Avoid a PIN with 4 identical numbers.
4.    Avoid a PIN with your birth year only.
5.    Avoid a PIN with a combination of your birth month and date.
