A new space for music at “House of Marios”
Cyprus, September 2026 – Staff at City of Dreams Mediterranean have helped transform an existing space at “House of Marios” into a dedicated music room designed to encourage creativity and enjoyment.
As part of the initiative, City of Dreams Mediterranean staff undertook the renovation of the space helping create a welcoming and functional environment where the centre’s music activities can thrive. Work included repairing and painting the interior walls, improving the existing electrical circuit, as well as repairing exterior walls.
The resort also provided new equipment and accessories for the room, including a bookshelf, music stand, speaker and microphone set, ensuring that the new space is suitably equipped for music and creative activities.
The initiative reaffirms City of Dreams Mediterranean’s ongoing commitment to supporting the local community, with a focus on initiatives that can make a meaningful difference to local organisations and the people they support.
City of Dreams Mediterranean Property General Manager, Mr Grant Johnson, said: “The value of this initiative goes beyond renovating a room. It’s about creating a space that can offer opportunities for creativity, expression and enjoyment. We want our presence in the community to extend beyond our day-to-day operations, which is why we support projects that make a difference.
“House of Marios” is an adult day centre operated by the Limassol Association of Parents and Friends of Children with Special Needs. The Centre provides educational and creative programmes for young adults over the age of 18 with special needs, supporting their development, engagement and participation in a range of activities.
