COD Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

1. By accepting, possessing, accessing, using or redeeming a City of Dreams Mediterranean Gift Card ("Gift Card"), the holder or beneficiary ("Holder") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time. 
2. The Gift Card is issued by JCC Payment Systems Limited ("JCC") for the benefit of customers of the company operating City of Dreams Mediterranean, ICR Cyprus Resort Development Co Limited (“COD”).
3. Subjetct to any applicable terms of use or sale or redemption rules or promotional conditions of COD, the Gift Cards can be redeemed in any of the non-gaming outlets managed by.COD.
4. The Gift Card: may only be redeemed for eligible goods and services offered by the Merchant and cannot be exchanged, redeemed or converted into cash or any cash equivalent.
5. Third party retail outlets are excluded from redemption. 
6. Gift Cards are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation. 
7. The validity period cannot be extended once the Gift Card has expired. 
8. Gift Cards are single-load prepaid cards and connot be reloaded. 
9. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or returned for a refund. 
10. Gift Cards may be purchased for any amount up to a maximum value of €500 per card.
11. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced, refunded or reissued. COD and JCC shall not be liable (in any way) and accept no liability for any lost, stolen or unauthorised use of a Gift Card.
12. COD reserves the right to amend the validity period applicable to future Gift Cards. Any such changes will not affect Gift Cards aleady issued, unless required by applicable law or for any compliance purposes.
13. COD reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions where it reasonably considers necessary to do so without prior notice.
