Our resort enhances biodiversity through the installation of bird boxes, eco-friendly façade lighting, and landscaped green areas. We protect wetlands, plant pollinator-friendly species, and improve existing tree stands to ensure a thriving ecosystem.

• Bird Nests: as part of the ecology report, we implemented the creation and installation of bird boxes across the resort. This initiative supports local biodiversity by providing safe nesting habitats for birds, contributing to the conservation of wildlife in the area.
• Façade Lighting: we keep façade lighting to acceptable environmental levels.
• Landscape: the resort features landscape areas in all directions to protect wetlands and wildlife. Specific plants have been planted to support the pollination of invertebrates. Existing tree stands are enhanced to promote biodiversity. A comprehensive landscape plan has been developed, detailing specific types, their location, and the number of plantings to ensure a thriving and balanced ecosystem within the resort.
